Ways to reach us
If you came from an error page, include the error code shown there so we can trace it.
Report a listing or ask for its removal
If a listing is misleading, or it is about you (your phone number, photos or property) and you did not post it here, send us:
- The link of the listing on our site (copy it from the address bar).
- The reason: scam, wrong information, it is mine, or other.
- If you ask for removal: your connection to the listing (owner, agent, photo owner, …).
We review the request and remove or correct whatever is shown to be wrong or published without right.
Delete my account
Send the deletion request from the phone number or email linked to your account so we can confirm it is yours.
- Write "delete account" together with the registered phone number or email.
- We delete the account data, drafts, listings and photos, keeping only what the law or moderation records require.
