Your project on AqaratSham
For developers & real-estate offices
AqaratSham is Syria's real-estate gateway. New residential projects get a full page — prices, units, payment plans and delivery dates — and home-seekers compare them side by side. Offices post their listings free, and our team reviews each one before it goes live.
What you get
A full project page
Description and photos, units and areas, payment plans, location and FAQ — on one page seekers find from their city.
Interest requests reach you
Interested visitors leave their details via “Register interest” and we pass them to you; your contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram) appear on the project page.
A fair comparison
Your project appears in “Compare projects” next to others, on the same criteria: price per m², delivery date, payment plan.
What to send us
- Project and developer name, and the location (city and area).
- Prices or launch prices, unit types and areas, and payment plans.
- Delivery date and project status, plus photos or the brochure.
- The contact channel you want seekers to see.
For real-estate offices
Post your listings free — 3 photos, a location and a price per listing. Your number is shown as you enter it, and we review every listing before publishing.
Contact us to add your project
Send us the project details through one of the channels and we will get back to you.
Projects are currently added after review by the AqaratSham team; listing is free at this stage.
