Developer publishes unit sizes and green-space share
Abyat published an article giving unit sizes: apartments 100–200 m², terrace units 240–280 m², attached villas 300–350 m², detached villas 450–500 m², with more than 70% green space, water features and public facilities, and delivery in three phases within four years of the first allocation.
