Expropriation protests continue for a second day; no official response
Residents of Qudsaya, Al-Hamah, Jamraya and other Rif Dimashq areas continued protesting on 27 September, mainly at the Sham View developer's work sites, demanding cancellation of expropriation decisions affecting Abyat Hills and Sham View. ANHA reported no government comment and no new statement from either company, and said work was continuing.
