About the project

Park View Yaafour is a gated residential community in the Yaafour Valley, Rif Dimashq, directly behind the Swiss House restaurant on the Damascus–Beirut highway, with a link to the Dimas highway. It is developed by Unlimited Real Estate & Investment, whose chairman Maher Mouhajer presents it as the company's first investment in Syria after 14 years, drawing on more than 20 years of work in the UAE. The site covers about 50,000 m². The developer says 30,000 m² is landscaped gardens, and press reports put green and service areas at about 35,000 m². The launch press conference on 4 August 2026, under the sponsorship of the Minister of Tourism, announced a US$200 million investment, 14 residential buildings and 420 units, with about 30% of construction complete and two buildings at structural-frame stage. The official website describes seven residential clusters built in three phases (Orchid, Lavender and Magnolia). Floor plans published for the Magnolia phase show 2-bedroom apartments of 176–220 m², 3-bedroom apartments of 194–230 m², and 4-bedroom ground-floor garden units listed at 700–895 m². Prices start from about US$1,800 per m² for fully finished units, the developer says flexible payment plans are available per phase through its sales team, and no per-unit prices or instalment terms have been published. According to the launch statements, 128 units are due within two years (around 2028) and another 128 about two and a half years later; the site has not yet announced dates for each phase. The Minister of Tourism also referred to hotel apartments and a commercial market, but the developer's FAQ says retail space is not confirmed at this stage. Listed facilities include an outdoor pool, spa and wellness centre, outdoor gym, sports courts, children's play and activity areas, BBQ and picnic areas, walking paths, a multi-purpose hall, an on-site clinic, resident and visitor parking, 24/7 gated security with dedicated building guards, and, according to the press, smart-home systems, fibre-optic networks and a women's fitness club.

Unlimited Real Estate & Investment

United Arab Emirates

Unlimited Real Estate Investment presents itself as a division of the Dubai-based Mouhajer International Group, whose core business is Mouhajer International Design and Contracting, a luxury interior design and fit-out firm founded and led by Eng. Maher Mouhajer, a London-trained interior designer credited with over 400 projects across the UAE and the wider Gulf, mainly in hospitality, residential and commercial interiors. Unlimited describes over 20–25 years of experience in construction, design, hospitality and real estate, and calls Park View its first investment in Syria in 14 years. Its other announced Syrian venture is Fashion Gate Mall Syria, a luxury retail project at Damascus Boulevard, and it has said it intends to launch a middle-income residential project within four to five months of August 2026. Park View's website terms are governed by UAE law and Dubai courts. No UAE or Syrian commercial-registry entry, licence number, or registered legal entity name was found for 'Unlimited'; the parent-group link and track record are self-reported and corroborated only by independent trade-press coverage of Mouhajer International Design and Contracting.

Partnership: Safir Press reports the launch press conference was held 'in cooperation with' Abyat Hills company. Abyat Hills is a separate Saudi-Syrian project in Qudsaya suburb (E3), also launched under Ministry sponsorship. Whether this denotes a formal partnership in Park View or a shared event is unverified.
