About the project

THE MARK is a gated villa compound on the Damascus International Airport Road, marketed by Imtilak Real Estate. Imtilak's map pin places it about 200 metres off the airport motorway; Rebuilding Syria describes the site as the Aqraba real-estate zone of Rif Dimashq, directly behind the landmark known as Maalem Village. Imtilak gives road distances of 11.4 km to Damascus International Airport and 17.3 km to Umayyad Square. Rebuilding Syria reports about 22,000 square metres of land divided into 22 villa plots of roughly 1,000 square metres each. Imtilak lists six villa types: A (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 640 m², from USD 430,000), B (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 750 m², from USD 479,999), C (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 911 m², from USD 535,000), D (3 master bedrooms plus maid's and guest rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,100 m², from USD 630,000), E (6 rooms, 8 bathrooms, 1,500 m², from USD 835,000) and F (6 rooms, 6 bathrooms, 1,680 m², from USD 985,002); prices were last updated on 18 May 2026 and are also quoted in euros from EUR 378,000. Each villa has a private garden, a covered garage for at least two cars and the option of a private pool. The compound is enclosed by a perimeter wall with a smart main gate, round-the-clock guards and CCTV, and green space is stated to exceed 55% of the footprint. Payment is in cash, or 35% down with the remaining 65% in instalments over one year. The project is under construction, with delivery scheduled for Q3 2027.
