General Housing Establishment discloses Sham View details
GHE director Tammam al-Dubl said the project sits on 1.78 million m² between Dahiyat Qudsaya and the Dummar project, with 10,000+ units (about 7,500 apartments and 2,000+ commercial/hotel units) for 22,000 residents over five years, financed entirely by the investor in foreign currency without relying on subscriber funds.
