Qudsaya and Dummar residents halt machinery at Sham View over expropriation
Dozens of residents from Qudsaya, Dummar, al-Bijaa and Muadamiyat al-Sham gathered in Dahiyat Qudsaya square and marched to the Sham View and Abyat Hills offices, stopping excavators and entering the offices peacefully. They demanded fair treatment for owners of expropriated land, disclosure of ownership records before construction, a halt to building on expropriated plots and reversal of earlier expropriation decisions, citing Article 16 of the Constitutional Declaration. No official response was published.
