The General Housing Establishment and Thara opened the subscription phase for 2,000 residential units in Dahiyat Qudsaya on 27 September 2026, after an interest-registration stage on shamview.com. Official documents list five categories, from one to five bedrooms plus a living room (about 65–250 m²), with subscription amounts of USD 3,000–7,000 and a price of USD 1,180–1,460 per m² fixed at allocation.
