Al-Watan publishes more detailed design figures
Al-Watan reported a scheme of 9,274 units in 447 buildings, including 7,577 residential units plus commercial, administrative and hotel units, with educational, health, cultural and community facilities; green and open space of 78.6% (over 439,000 m²); and a target population of 37,900.
