Phase 1 terms announced: 2,000 units, estimated USD 1,180–1,460/m²
The GHE director told SANA that Phase 1 subscription for 2,000 residential units had begun, with an estimated USD 1,180–1,460/m² to be finalised at allocation, a 25/25/20/10/10/10 milestone payment plan, a 72-hour payment window, allocation priority by bank payment notice, and deliveries from 2029. Subscription is open to Syrians and those treated as such.
